Shipping
UPS shipping to the 50 U.S. states is FREE for orders totaling $250 after discounts. Orders totaling less than $250 will incur a $12.50 shipping charge. If drop-shipping, there is an additional $5 fee, which does not appear in the shopping cart during checkout. Upgrades to UPS Second Day or Next Day are available. We do not ship Optimox products internationally.
Returns
If during the first 60 days after you order your product, you wish to return it, please Contact Us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please have your invoice number ready. All returns must have an RA number issued within 60 days of the invoice. All returned products must have a minimum of 13 months left on the expiration date. Expired products or products that have been opened or have open seals are not eligible for return. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges.
